Who We Are

Not Just a Service Provider: Your Local Guardian

Local Guardian is a subsidiary of the ABS Group, a trusted business house with a 30-year legacy. Kerala's climate is harsh and its property laws are complex. When you live abroad, a locked-up "ghost house" quietly deteriorates and vacant plots invite encroachment. We stand in for you, caring for your property as if it were our own, and keeping you informed every step of the way.

Peace of Mind, Guaranteed

Regular inspections, monsoon-proofing and utility management keep your property in prime condition year-round.

One Trusted Point of Contact

From maintenance to legal paperwork to airport pickups: one team handles it all, transparently.

They turned our ancestral house into an Airbnb and handle everything: guests, cleaning, payouts. It now pays for itself. Genuinely a hands-off income.

The PoA and mutation work would have needed me to fly to Kerala twice. Their legal team handled it all with the Village Office. Worth every rupee.

My vacant plot near Kochi was at risk of encroachment. Their "Dark Site" patrols and boundary boards gave me complete peace of mind.
